Rajesh Patwardhan, Chief Marketing Officer, LIC MF resigned on Friday said sources familiar with the development. Patwardhan will be on garden leave until August 8.
Patwardhan joined LIC MF in 2016 and since then he has played an active role in growing the presence of LIC MF, establishing strong relationships with distribution partners.
A financial industry veteran, Patwardhan has over 25 years of experience in sales and distribution of financial products. Prior to joining LIC MF, he worked with Deutsche MF, ICICI Bank, Tata TD Waterhouse Securities and Vans Information & Investor Services.
Patwardhan holds a bachelor's degree in science (microbiology) with post-graduation in marketing management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).
